Stuart was graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1965 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in December of that year. He has been practicing personal injury and medical malpractice law ever since.
Unlike most personal injury lawyers, Stuart makes every attempt to meet personally with his clients, whether in his office, at their homes, or just about in every hospital in the New York City/metropolitan area. Stuart is here to help people, and in the event that somebody is in an automobile accident where his office would not be retained, Stuart will help them prepare a no-fault application in a timely manner so as to protect their rights for reimbursement, medical expenses, etc. under New York State law. Stuart returns all phone calls, will meet with any and all clients, and loves to help people.

Shestack & Young was founded on January 1, 1990 by Stuart Shestack, who has been practicing for 40 years, and Hayes Young, who has been practicing more than 20 years. The firm has a staff of two associate lawyers, three paralegals, and two secretaries, and can converse with clients in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, and Russian.
