Membership

The New York City Power Group is an organization of professionals in all aspects of business: finance, insurance, graphics and printing, public relations, human resources, project management, technology and security, furniture and art, engineering and architecture, sustainable design, and construction.

Diversity, commitment, and entrepreneurship are our strengths. We are dedicated to helping our Members advance their business objectives by facilitating special networking events and professional development opportunities.

Membership is by referral and application. Here are some questions to ask yourself, if you are interesting in being considered for membership:

• Do you own, or are you a high-level executive, with an established business and capable of providing solid networking introductions across a broad spectrum of industries?
• Do you and your company have a reputation of high-character and ethical behavior, representative of our group?
• To the best of your knowledge, are you capable of meeting the financial commitments involved in membership in a networking group?
• Have you considered what you’d like to gain from membership, and what you are capable of offering in return?
• Do you have the time to dedicate to attendance guidelines, not only bi-monthly group meetings, but also, time required to engage members outside of the meetings for introductions?
